During the neoclassical revival of the 18th and 19th centuries, the egg and dart motif remained a popular choice for architectural ornamentation. Today, the egg and dart motif continues to be used in architecture, interior design, and decorative arts, valued for its timeless elegance and classical appeal.

Each knob has a diameter of approximately 2 1/4 inches.. The spare door knob set includes two knobs and a passage spindle.
